Refrigerator Not Cooling
Refrigerators can stop cooling efficiently, or at all, without any warning. From defective control boards to compressor replacements, we diagnose and fix all cooling issues for all major brands.
Ice Maker Issue
From replacing an ice maker to repairing a part of the assembly, our certified appliance service technicians can perform the repair in-home, within a reasonable timeframe, or at our shop in Lethbridge.
Frost Build Up
Frost is a common problem that could happen on newer refrigerators after a few years. It can be caused by a faulty sensor, a condenser that needs replacement or cleaning, or other issues related to the cooling system. Although frost can be addressed and may not prevent the refrigerator from operating efficiently, it could be a warning of an upcoming problem.

Common Washing Machine Issues We Fix
Not Spinning or Starting
Top-load washers are more likely to experience this problem than front-load washing machines. The problem can be caused by different parts needing replacement. A small problem could grow, causing more damage and increasing repair costs.
Not Draining
One of the most common issues with washing machines is the drain cycle not working properly. From a clogged drain hose to a damaged drain pump or a defective control board, we can quickly run a diagnostic and get your washer running again.
Water Leaks
A problem that can quickly cause more damage is a water leak on a washing machine. High water flow can quickly turn this problem into a complicated situation by damaging floors and furniture. It is why we highly recommend that you promptly address any water leaks on washing machines, even small ones.
Irregular Vibrations
Unless the shipping bolts are still on the washer (on the back of the machine), washing machines are expected to vibrate, but not violently. If a machine is levelled but still vibrates more than when it was originally bought, it may be a sign of an ongoing issue that needs to be diagnosed.
Common Dryer Issues We Fix
Not Drying / No Heating
The most common problem with dryers is heat-related. Whether it's not heating enough or not heating at all, it is often due to a part that needs to be replaced. The cause can be a broken component, a fuse that needs replacing, faulty gas valves or a defective board. A diagnostic and repair can often be done within 1 hour with our experienced technicians.
Squeaky Drum
Although this problem isn't complicated to solve, it may be time-consuming depending on the appliance's model, since most of the appliance has to be disassembled to access the usual defective parts or parts needing some grease.
Not Starting
A dryer may not start for several reasons, but we can often diagnose it promptly. We often recommend doing the diagnostic in-home to ensure it's not electric-related like a defective power outlet.
Irregular Vibration
A dryer may shake or vibrate simply because it's uneven and needs to be levelled, or sometimes because a part needs to be replaced due to normal wear and tear.
Common Range, Stove & Oven Issues We Fix
Oven Not Heating
A stove where the oven doesn't maintain its temperature or not heating at all can be caused by a faulty part, broken seal or other electronic problems we can diagnose and fix. The cost of repair for this type of issue can vary depending on the brand and age of the appliance, although most parts are usually in stock or easily available.
Coils or Elements Not Heating
A common problem on ranges, regardless of age, is coils that either fail to heat or fail to match the temperature set on the control board. In most cases, a faulty coil or heating element shouldn't prevent the other elements from working properly. We still highly recommend addressing those issues to avoid a fire hazard. For example, a defective element switch can cause an element to reach maximum temperature even when the temperature is set to its lowest possible value.
Electrical Issues
These types of problems can be harder to diagnose depending on the symptoms, but licensed and experienced technicians have the necessary tools to narrow down the source of the issue, identify potential solutions, and estimate their cost.

It is important that gas appliances like ranges, ovens, stoves, and cooktops are serviced by licensed and insured appliance technicians to ensure they're safe to use. Our team can fix all gas appliances at your home or at our store.
Common Dishwasher Issues We Fix
Not Cleaning Or Cleaning Inefficiently
What sometimes can be attributed to an aging dishwasher needed to be replaced, can sometimes be just in need of a repair for it to be cleaning like new. From buildup lowering the water flow to spray arms not cleaning properly, we can fix your dishwasher in a timely manner. No need to remove your built-in dishwasher; our technician will take care of that too.
Water Leak
Fortunately, most dishwashers are equipped with water leak detectors. However, some leaks can still happen without triggering the detectors. Fortunately, in most cases, those leaks are small or have low water flow, but they must still be resolved to prevent damage to the floor around the appliance.
Not Draining
Another common problem dishwashers can experience is not draining properly or at all. It could be because there is a blockage somewhere in the drain hose, or because the drain pump has to be replaced. This repair is usually quick and can be done the same day if we have the part in stock.
Not Starting
If your dishwasher doesn't start a cycle or turn on at all, paying for a professional diagnostic may be worth it before considering replacement. The cost of repair usually depends on the age and make of the dishwashers.
